Yanovskoho Street

A small house renovation with partial reconstruction. The clients invited us to complete the façade harmoniously and resolve a challenging landscape level difference of about 40 cm. We integrated this transition by shaping the lower part as a plinth finished with mosaic plaster, making the façade visually even and coherent.

The upper floor features decorative wood imitation, adding warmth, character, and a modern accent to the house. The main façade surface is finished with a silicone-silicate coating for durability and a clean, refined texture.

Total façade area — around 180 m². Insulation, leveling, mosaic work, and decorative elements were combined into a clean, modern, and expressive final result.
