Since 2007, we have successfully completed projects in Ukraine, and since 2021, we have been working in Poland, maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and a personalized approach to every project.

What do we do?

We specialize in comprehensive interior finishing, reconstruction, restoration, and decorative plasterwork. We also handle exterior finishing — including façade insulation — as well as architectural design with author’s supervision. In addition, we deliver full turnkey project execution.

Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our work and provide a warranty that depends on the project’s type and scale.
The minimum warranty period is 1 year, and for large-scale projects, it can be extended.

About me

My name is Dmytro Baronin, and I’m the founder of Baronin Development.
My journey in construction began in 2007. I’ve gone through every stage — from a finishing craftsman to a professional interior and exterior designer. After earning a degree in design and returning to construction with project experience, I gained a deep understanding of every process — from foundation work to final finishes.

Today, I manage full-cycle projects, provide author’s supervision, and personally oversee every stage. I work with a wide range of decorative finishes and offer thoughtful solutions tailored to any style and budget.
