This was one of our largest and most complex projects. Initially, we insulated the main house using 100 mm EPS, aligned all surfaces, and applied a silicone–silicate finishing coat. A few years later, after the clients expanded their property by purchasing neighboring plots, they contacted us again. We insulated two additional buildings, completed decorative finishing, and unified the entire complex architecturally. The total insulated area, including the fence, amounted to about 1,000 m².
A separate challenge was the fence, over 100 meters long. Thanks to precise layout and careful execution, all lines came out perfectly straight — clearly visible in the photos. Mosaic plaster was applied on the columns and selected architectural elements, adding texture, strength, and visual depth.
Other contractors were working on-site simultaneously — building a swimming pool, a guest house, a timber gazebo, installing paving stones, and constructing a playground. We had to coordinate our work with all ongoing processes and maintain a consistent architectural style. The final result is a cohesive, clean, and harmonious property that fully reflects the scale of the project.
