After the façade works were completed, the house gained a calm, classic appearance with clean geometry and precise lines. The light main surfaces combine well with contrasting decorative elements on the corners and around the windows, emphasizing the building’s form and making the façade more expressive. Straight groove lines visually balance the volume and add neatness.
Technical part: the insulation covered an area of about 260 m² using 100 mm EPS. The surface was prepared, insulation installed, reinforcement applied, and all planes were precisely aligned. The final coating is silicone–silicate plaster. Additional façade moldings were installed and finished with textured paint, giving the façade depth and a complete architectural look.
Wrought-iron gates and fencing complement the site, making the house appear neat and fully finished.
