A full-scale renovation of a private house, including converting the attic into a fully habitable floor. The project involved complex structural work: cutting through the existing rafter system, reinforcing it, and preparing the structure for an additional level. The new floor includes a bedroom–office, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom.
The main area — the combined living room, dining room, and kitchen — features Venetian plaster on the central architectural block, visually uniting the space. The same finish is applied to the bathroom columns, one of which hides the vertical plumbing shaft coming from the upper bathroom.
Finishes include wallpaper, quality laminate flooring, and a solid oak staircase. The interior is built on warm tones and expressive textures, giving the renovated house a unified and cozy feel.
