Ukraine. Sokolivka village. 200 sq. m.
The client, having seen our previous works in the city, approached us to insulate the façade and finish it in a modern half-timber (fachwerk) style. The insulation covered around 200 m² using 100 mm EPS, with precise alignment of all surfaces.
All decorative half-timber elements were crafted by hand: the beams were produced and installed directly on-site to achieve accurate geometry and a clean pattern. The columns were finished with mosaic plaster, while the remaining decorative details were created using wood-effect and textured finishes, giving the façade a warm and natural look.
The entrance area was complemented with brick and wood elements, unifying the façade into a single composition. As a result, the house received a clean, expressive, and modern interpretation of the traditional fachwerk style.
