The house is designed in a calm, modern style with a warm, natural colour palette. The façade is insulated with 100 mm EPS, with all surfaces levelled and finished with decorative mosaic plaster, giving a clean texture that pairs well with natural materials.

The ground floor, columns, and plinth are clad with “straw-cut” sandstone, strengthening the visual base of the building and adding richness and stability to the exterior. Contrasting inserts highlight the geometry, while the dark metal roofing complements the overall tones.

The open terrace on stone columns and the fence finished in the same palette complete the architectural composition, making the house appear neat, modern, and visually coherent.
