Full in-house design and implementation by our studio. A complete reconstruction of a 63 m² three-room apartment was carried out, including structural reinforcement and welding work to enlarge the balcony from 3 to 6 m². The concepts of the hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom were fully redesigned. Heating, electrical installations, plumbing and internal systems were completely replaced.
The bedroom is styled in soft, light tones. Laminate flooring transitions smoothly onto the accent wall, creating a cohesive and gentle geometry. LED lighting adds an airy and calm atmosphere.
In the living room, a stretch ceiling was installed to visually increase the height — a solution that compensated for the originally low ceilings. Light clinker on the walls brings warmth and subtle texture to the space.
