2-story, 4-room apartment. Wrocław. Poland. 80 m². Partyzantów St.
A comprehensive renovation of a two-storey apartment in a historic tenement was carried out for our friends from Poland. All electrical and plumbing installations, partitions and ceiling structures were completely redesigned, allowing for new functional zones to be created. Walls and ceilings were painted with Jeger products, while the entire first floor was finished with Jeger architectural concrete, keeping a consistent visual language. The bathroom was finished with Jeger microcement, with carefully detailed junctions.
The original wooden floor was preserved: the boards were restored, sanded and treated with a protective finish. Concealed and sliding doors were installed, neatly integrated into the wall finishes without pronounced trims. In the bedroom, a feature wall was clad with stone veneer, adding warm texture to the space. Additionally, an installation for a retractable projector screen was integrated into the construction, keeping the equipment visually hidden.
