Ukraine. Kropyvnytskyi. Olena Teliha St. 180 sq. m.
After the reconstruction of the house — where the attic under the roof was converted into a full second floor — it became necessary to integrate all structural elements: the main building, roof, gables, and the attached bathhouse. Once the interior renovation was completed, the façade required full alignment and insulation across an area of about 180 m².
The insulation was completed using 100 mm EPS with full surface preparation, reinforcement, and precise leveling of all planes, including areas with height differences between the house and the bathhouse.
At the client’s request, the façade was finished in a half-timber (fachwerk) style. All decorative elements were handcrafted using wood-effect textures, while the final surface was coated with silicone–silicate plaster, giving the façade a distinct texture and a complete, refined appearance after reconstruction.
