3-room apartment. 65 m². Poland. Wrocław. Oksywska St.
A full renovation of a 63 m² apartment in a historic tenement in Wrocław was completed according to a design by a Polish studio. All old partitions, drywall structures, plumbing, electrical systems and parts of the ceilings were removed. New acoustic-insulated partitions, electrical and plumbing systems were installed. Walls were painted with Flugger products. The flooring consists of solid wood boards, while the kitchen, entrance area and bathrooms feature mosaic finishes. In the bathrooms, small-format tiles were used with transitions into curved surfaces.
A key feature of the project was the restoration of the original brick wall: missing sections were reconstructed using clinker tiles cut from original bricks, maintaining a cohesive historical look. Copper pipes for heating, gas and water were intentionally left exposed as part of the design concept. In the bedroom, a soft headboard panel with LED lighting was installed on a wallpapered wall.
