Ukraine. Novoukrainka village. 500 sq. m.
A large-scale project of nearly 500 m², involving façade insulation with 100 mm expanded polystyrene. The building required advanced finishing due to numerous decorative plasters, including wood effect, travertine effect, block texture, and other hand-crafted patterns, all demanding precision and clean geometry.
The main surface was finished with silicone–silicate plaster, with all decorative elements shaped manually.
An additional stage included the construction and full finishing of a spacious pavilion with a wooden terrace and a barbecue area — delivered fully turnkey.
The insulation was installed without a traditional plinth section, so special attention was given to waterproofing the base. A non-standard perimeter walkway was built lower than usual, with a drainage system installed beneath it and connected to the roof downpipes. The top was finished with gravel leveled to the lawn and sealed with an acrylic coating for protection and a clean appearance.
