A façade insulation project covering approximately 300 m², completed with 100 mm expanded polystyrene. The work progressed smoothly and without delays, allowing for a quick transition to decorative finishing.
The final layer consists of silicone–silicate plaster, giving the surface a uniform texture and strong weather resistance. The plinth area was finished with mosaic plaster, adding detail and visual structure to the lower section of the building.
A key feature of the project was the brick-effect decoration on the garage walls, as well as wood-effect elements that were pre-assembled on separate structures and later installed precisely under the roofline. This method ensured perfect geometry and a clean, refined appearance.
