A full in-house project — complete design and major reconstruction of a two-storey private house of 240 m² for our friends. All engineering systems were fully upgraded: heating, electrical installation, plumbing, as well as complete equipment for the pool and sauna. The windows were replaced with laminated frames featuring triple glazing, significantly improving thermal and acoustic performance. A separate boiler room was installed with both gas and solid-fuel boilers.
Finishes include MDF slats in ash veneer, and a staircase made of solid ash. The first floor is tiled, while the second floor features laminate flooring. A wide range of decorative materials by the Italian brand Spiver was used — Venetian plaster, Caravaggio and other textured finishes.
Lighting combines extensive LED strips with spot fixtures. The house includes a large sauna with a pool and a separate bathroom, fully integrated into the engineering systems.
