Ukraine. Kropyvnytskyi. Kuibysheva St. 300 sq. m.
A project of approximately 300 m² involving façade insulation with polystyrene and decorative wood-effect elements. The main surface was finished with silicone–silicate plaster, while the wood-effect inserts were colour-matched precisely to the window frames, giving the façade a cohesive and harmonious appearance.
The entrance zone was completed with mosaic plaster, which smoothly transitions onto the plinth and highlights the clarity of the architectural lines.
One of the major challenges was the extremely narrow gap between the house and neighbouring buildings, which required designing a custom scaffolding structure. Another difficulty appeared with the entrance steps: due to incorrect dimensions, the installation concept had to be redesigned entirely. The tiles had to be cut into four different formats to achieve perfect geometry and a clean final look.
