Ukraine. Kropyvnytskyi. Kozatska St. 280 sq. m.
A clean and precise façade executed in a light architectural palette. The total work area is around 280 m². The building was insulated with 100 mm basalt wool within a professional thermal insulation system, ensuring an even geometry and high energy efficiency.
The final surface was finished with silicone–silicate plaster, giving the façade a clean texture and strong resistance to weather conditions. Wood-effect decorative elements were applied on the second floor and the garage block, with the colour matched precisely to the window profiles, resulting in a cohesive and harmonious exterior.
In the entrance area and on the terrace, mosaic plaster was used, adding texture and highlighting the clarity of architectural lines.
