Kalinina Street

A compact project focused on insulating an extension to an old building. The main task was to insulate the new volume and integrate it smoothly with the existing architecture. The extension was insulated with 100 mm polystyrene, covering a total area of around 120 m². The insulation was installed within a professional thermal system.

The façade was finished with silicone–silicate plaster, while the plinth was coated with mosaic plaster to strengthen and visually enhance the lower section. Decorative accents were completed using wood-effect finishes, helping the extension blend naturally with the original structure.
