Hirnyche Settlement

Ukraine. Kropyvnytskyi. Horynche settlement. 400 sq. m.

The project turned out to be technically challenging: the house has numerous angles, level differences, roof junctions made from different materials, and a large number of decorative details. The façade was insulated with 100 mm polystyrene within a professional thermal insulation system, and finished with silicone–silicate plaster.

Mosaic plaster was applied to the plinth and columns, providing additional durability and enhancing the architectural lines. The decorative elements around the windows and the columns were additionally coated with textured façade paint, which emphasized the relief and added expressiveness to the details.
Total façade area — approximately 400 m².

A separate stage involved selecting the colour palette. Initially, there were doubts about combining grey-blue walls with beige mouldings and columns, but the final result exceeded expectations: the colours blended harmoniously and highlighted the architecture. All decorative elements and junctions were executed with precise detailing, giving the façade a coherent and refined appearance.
