A full set of design works was developed for the reconstruction of an old two-storey house of 120 m², including complete upgrades of electrical, plumbing and heating systems. All solutions were tailored to the specifics of the old structure, with additional reinforcement to prevent future deformation.
The interior follows a warm contemporary aesthetic. Dark wood finishes, calm textures and a minimalistic kitchen composition create a clean, orderly atmosphere. A stone backsplash with lighting and a 3D feature wall add depth and plasticity. A solid wood dining table serves as the main accent.
Lighting combines recessed fixtures with a decorative chandelier, while panoramic windows enhance natural light and the connection to the garden.
