Ukraine. Kropyvnytskyi. Bratislavska St. 200 sq. m.
A highly engaging project in the Alpine style, enjoyable to execute from the first stage to the final detail. The house walls are made of shell limestone — an ecological and vapor-permeable material — so one of the key tasks was to preserve the natural breathability of the structure.
For insulation, 100 mm basalt wool was used within a professional thermal insulation system, ensuring effective heat retention without compromising the natural properties of the base. The façade was finished with silicone–silicate plaster, providing durability and a clean, consistent texture.
The half-timbered elements were created using decorative techniques: wood-effect finishes, mosaic plaster on selected areas, and decorative coatings imitating travertine, adding texture and expressive detail to the façade.
Pre-installed brackets for exterior flower boxes further emphasized the Alpine character of the house. The total façade area was approximately 200 m².
