The project involved a complete interior fit-out of a two-storey duplex. A Smart Home system was installed with customised lighting scenarios and integrated sensors. Electrical and plumbing systems were partially upgraded and adapted to the layout. The walls were prepared, plastered and painted together with the ceilings.
Italian sanitary fixtures were installed, along with concealed interior doors. The decorative finishes include architectural concrete and vertical MDF slats. The flooring is a three-layer engineered wooden board.
The project features custom elements such as motion-activated staircase lighting and a fibre-optic “starry sky” in the children’s room, created to match the specific furniture layout.
