Ukraine. Kropyvnytskyi. Barbolina St. Facade 500 sq. m.
As part of the project, the existing building underwent a complete façade reconstruction. The main stage included insulating the walls with 100 mm polystyrene within a professional thermal insulation system (around 500 m²). After surface preparation, the façade was finished with silicone–silicate plaster, while mosaic plaster was used exclusively on the plinth, providing additional durability and protection for the lower part of the building.
The façade was also enhanced with decorative elements, including a wood-effect finish, which added warmth and a modern character.
A separate challenge was the radius-shaped roof transitioning into the terrace. The curved geometry required precise material fitting and meticulous detailing of all junctions. As a result, the building received a refreshed appearance, improved energy efficiency, and a clean contemporary architectural line.
